Overview
Udawalawe National Park is one of the best places in Sri Lanka to see wild elephants in their natural habitat. This tour combines a thrilling 3-hour jeep safari with a visit to the Elephant Transits Home, where orphaned elephant calves are cared for before being released back into the wild.
With a population of over 250 elephants, sightings are almost guaranteed. You'll also encounter water buffalo, wild boar, spotted deer, and a vast array of birdlife across the park's beautiful landscape.
